Terms of payment and insurance

My fees are competitive with those of local psychiatrists. Patients are seen on a fee-for-service basis only. At this time I do not accept private insurance, Medical, or Medicare. The patient is responsible for payment at the time of each session. At the end of each session a universal Healthcare Finance Administration (HCFA) billing form is provided to patient for use in making a claim to his or her medical insurance.
